Ningbo Lianda Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer for electro fusion, butt fusion PE pipe fittings, PE ball valves especially for gas fuel supply, but can also for potable water supply.
The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, and the building area is more than 10,000 square meters. Now the company owns a staff of 170, and its fixed assets has exceeded 50million Yuan. The production department includes injection workshop, mould workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop, packing department and testing department and owns 12 plastics mould processing lines from 600gram to 50 thousand gram in injection workshop. Now we mainly produce Dn20mm to Dn630mm PE pipe fittings and can supply more than 1,500,000 pcs fittings per year.
The company has got "Pressure Pipe Element Production License" and the "Sanitation License" issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and become a member unit of China Chemical Anti-corrosion Technology Association.
The fittings have passed the tests of National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Material, with all performance indexes reaching EN1555-3 and EN12201-3 standards. The products have also passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System certification and the test held by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China.
